Good news! It’s not that hard to master the art of peeling a garlic clove, and once you try, you’ll never go back to the jarred stuff.

STEP 1

BUY A FRESH GARLIC BULB – DON’T REFRIGERATE

STEP 2

TURN YOUR KNIFE ON ITS SIDE AND SMASH THE CLOVE
(Hold the knife with one hand, and use your fist from the other to smash.)

SLIDE THE PEEL OFF THE CLOVE
