Best & Worst Halloween Candy

Last updated on December 7, 2016 by Liza Hawkins

I was reading an article on HuffingtonPost.com yesterday that made its rounds on Twitter: Taking Candy From Strangers: The Best & Worst Halloween Treats. It made me think about the stash I used to end up with at the end of a night of trick-or-treating, and how some candy was irresistible, while others seemed to linger in the Halloween bucket until Easter.

Here’s my take on the best & worst…Halloween candy:

ULTIMATE FAVORITE
Regular Size Double-Pack Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

LINGERING LOSER
Root Beer Barrels

PS: I also hate candy corn. I know, I’m a rebel.

  1. I think peanut chews are the worst. Whether or not I would like them now, doesn’t matter. I can’t eat them on principle. Who gives a bunch of 7-year-olds peanut chews??
