I started this blog almost four months ago, and 111 blog posts later things are still going strong. I’ve blogged about recipes, things in the news, products I like (or don’t), restaurants, and other things. There hasn’t been a shortage of content since food-related topics seem to run around in my head at their own will during the day.
But, now I have other things I’d like to write for – things I’ve been approached to write for. And I’m not sure how to balance more writing with the chaos that is our family’s life, unless I turn the velocity down a bit on this blog. Since July 17th, I’ve posted new content every day (except one day, dang.), and I think I’m ready to take the weekends off to use them for other writing and commitments related to (a)Musing Foodie.
What do you think? Could you manage only reading five posts a week versus seven? As a new blogger, obviously I’m
terrified worried about losing the small readership force I’ve built up, but hopefully readership is affected by the quality of posts, and not by the number of posts.
