In case you didn’t know, I’m writing an article each month for Washington Independent Review of Books (WIRo Books). It’s a fun roundup of recently released cookbooks, and a few food-related books, too!
The foodie in me LOVES this, as does the the English major.
I mean, getting my hands on half a dozen cookbooks each month? That’s not so bad. I find reading cookbooks to be fun and relaxing – the photos, the order, the recipes.
The worst part of it, if it even IS a worst part, is the fact that my stack of cookbooks is growing…and growing…and growing. So much so, I decided that we’ll be giving them away over on Pursuit of it All in the near future (that’s a sneak peek for you, my readers!).
So, really, it’s a good/bad problem to have. All of these cookbooks.
