I leave this morning for an overnight retreat for Leadership Frederick County, and we’ll be staying at the US National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Once we enter the Academy property, we won’t be leaving until we’re released on Saturday afternoon, which means we’ll be eating their food, translating to BUFFET.
I don’t specifically know what their buffet will entail, but I do know the top five things that I like best on a buffet, so my fingers are crossed!

I would have to say anything with CURRY in it! Hope you had some of your favs!
One of the best buffets I’ve ever been to was an Indian buffet in downtown Frederick, MD. Seriously. It’s been over 4 years and I STILL remember the chicken curry. Yum!
I think my favourite would have to be an amazing array of salad, dressings and croutons!
