eat. read. cook. dine. write.
I consider myself an "Everyday Foodie" and focus on down-to-earth scratch cooking for my busy family of four in Frederick, Md. Writer by night, marketing analyst by day, somehow I manage to create what some might call work-life balance. (Others call it chaos.) FREDERICK, MD is a city ripe with history that dates back to the early 1700s. Its historic downtown area has gone through a 10 year revitalization that is now home to great restaurants, quaint cafes and boutique shops. Frederick is also home to Bryan Voltaggio, chef/owner of VOLT, Family Meal and LunchBox – all located in town.
Personally, I write 4-5 posts a week. I think that your readers would probably appreciate fewer, but well written posts rather than 7 days a week thrown together ones.
You can’t do it all. I tried. Trust me, it sucks your creativity more than you think.
That’s what I’m hoping – it makes sense to me!
We’ll live, Liza! And honestly if I don’t have to be on the computer on the weekends, I try not to be. Need to have some downtown from my usual 8-12 hours of sitting in front of one all week. I love your blog and look forward to it every (week) day!
Thanks Heather.
I do posts M-F, with an occasional weekend post – but I write them all during the week and schedule them ahead of time, leaving my weekends free for whatever.
Some of the best and most-read blogs barely post 1x or 2x a week. I wouldn’t worry about cutting down to 5 from 7!
